At Caton Constructions, we’re looking for Project Coordinators who can support the delivery of high-quality custom homes and duplexes through strong organisation, communication and attention to detail.

ABOUT CATON CONSTRUCTIONS

Caton Constructions builds high-quality custom homes and duplexes across the Sutherland Shire and greater Sydney.

We’re a small, tight-knit team focused on quality craftsmanship, clear communication and disciplined project delivery.

Our projects rely on strong systems, organisation and coordination behind the scenes just as much as quality workmanship on site.

You’ll work closely with the director, site team, trades, suppliers and consultants to help keep projects running efficiently and professionally.

THE ROLE

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll assist with the day-to-day coordination and administration of residential construction projects.

You’ll help support project delivery through:

  • Coordinating trades, suppliers and deliveries

  • Assisting with scheduling and programme tracking

  • Managing project documentation and records

  • Communicating with subcontractors and consultants

  • Supporting procurement and material coordination

  • Assisting with client communication and selections

  • Helping maintain organised systems and workflows

  • Monitoring outstanding items and following them through to completion

This role suits someone who is organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced construction environment.

  • Has strong organisational and communication skills

  • Has experience within construction, project coordination or administration

  • Can confidently communicate with trades, suppliers and clients

  • Works calmly under pressure and follows tasks through properly

  • Takes pride in being reliable, organised and professional

Experience within residential construction will be highly regarded.
