At Caton Constructions, we’re looking for experienced Site Supervisors who can confidently lead residential projects from start to finish while maintaining a calm, organised and professional site environment.

Caton Constructions builds high-quality custom homes and duplexes across the Sutherland Shire and greater Sydney.

We’re a small, tight-knit team focused on quality craftsmanship, clear communication and disciplined project delivery.

Our projects are well organised with clear systems, expectations and accountability across every stage of the build.

You’ll work directly with the director, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to help deliver projects that reflect the quality and reputation of the business.

THE ROLE

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of residential construction projects on site.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing site activities and daily workflow

  • Coordinating trades, suppliers and deliveries

  • Monitoring programme and build progress

  • Maintaining quality control across all stages of construction

  • Ensuring site safety, organisation and presentation

  • Reviewing plans, specifications and construction details

  • Communicating with the director and wider project team

  • Identifying and resolving site issues proactively

This role suits someone who can confidently lead projects, maintain strong communication and keep sites running efficiently without compromising quality.

  • Has strong experience supervising residential construction projects

  • Understands all stages of custom home and duplex construction

  • Can manage programme, sequencing and subcontractor coordination

  • Maintains high standards across workmanship and site presentation

  • Communicates professionally with trades, clients and consultants

  • Is organised, proactive and solutions-focused

  • Leads calmly under pressure and takes ownership of project outcomes

Experience delivering high-end residential projects will be highly regarded.
